You may read, print, and share pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

All text, photography, illustration, layout, and design on this site belong to Archival Aesthetics or to the parties that licensed the material to us.

Booking and consultation requests

A booking request submitted through this site is a request for an appointment. It records your contact details and the treatments you are asking about, and it reaches Archival Aesthetics for review.

A request is not a confirmed appointment, and it does not create a treatment agreement between you and the practice.

An appointment exists only once the practice confirms it with you directly.

We may decline or reschedule a request. A treatment discussed in a request may turn out to be unsuitable once a provider has assessed you.

General information, not medical advice

The treatment descriptions on this site are general information about the categories of care offered at the practice.

They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any individual. Suitability for any treatment is determined by a provider during a consultation, and only after your history has been reviewed.

No provider relationship is created by this site

Reading this site, submitting a booking request, or contacting the practice does not create a provider relationship between you and Archival Aesthetics.

That relationship begins when you are seen at the practice and accepted for care.

We keep treatment descriptions and practice details on this site current as far as we reasonably can.

Information can change without notice. Where a page and what a provider tells you in person differ, what the provider tells you applies.

Some pages link to sites and services operated by other parties, including the scheduling system used to handle appointment requests.
